This policy explains what Abha collects when you shop on this website, why we need it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address, and keep a record of what you ordered and what you paid. You do not need an account to shop with us.

How we use it

Only to process and deliver your order, to send you order and shipping updates by email or WhatsApp, to answer your questions, and to keep the accounts the law requires. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask to hear from us.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay, our payment partner. Your card, UPI and bank details go straight to them over a secure connection; we never see or store them.

Who we share it with

Your name, mobile number and address go to the courier who delivers your parcel. Payment details are handled by Razorpay. Our website and order records are hosted with Cloudflare, and order emails are sent through our email provider. We never sell, rent or trade your details.

Your bag and cookies

This site keeps your bag in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. Anything else you can ask us to delete at any time.

Your choices

Write to us to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to ask us to delete them. We reply within 7 days.
