Shipping policy

We ship across India from our studio in Odisha, through trusted courier partners such as India Post, Delhivery or DTDC, depending on your PIN code. We do not ship outside India yet.

When your order leaves us

Every pair is checked and packed by hand on the Abha card. We hand your parcel to the courier within 2 to 4 working days of receiving your payment (for WhatsApp orders, of receiving your UPI payment). During festivals it can take up to 6 working days; if that happens we will tell you.

How long delivery takes

Most parcels arrive 4 to 8 working days after dispatch. Metro cities are often quicker. The North East, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, and the Andaman and Nicobar and Lakshadweep islands can take up to 12 working days.

Shipping charges

Shipping is ₹60 per order anywhere in India, and free on orders of ₹999 or more after any discount. The exact charge is shown in your bag before you pay. There are no other charges at delivery.

Tracking your parcel

As soon as your parcel leaves us we email you the courier name and tracking number. You can also message us with your order number (it starts with ABHA-) and we will tell you where it is.

Wrong address or missed delivery

Please check your address, mobile number and PIN code at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or the courier could not reach you, we will contact you and send it again; the second shipment is charged at the same flat rate.

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives open or damaged, please take a photo before you open it, and see our cancellations and refunds policy. We will make it right.
