Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you buy from Abha on this website. Abha is a small handcraft business in Odisha, India, run by Sushree Swagatika. By placing an order you agree to them.

Our earrings

Every pair is handmade from offcuts of handwoven ikat, so pattern, colour and size can differ a little from the photos and from pair to pair. Sizes are approximate, and colours can look different on different screens.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian rupees (₹). Shipping is shown separately in your bag before you pay; there are no other charges. You can pay online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets), or order on WhatsApp and pay by UPI after we confirm. Prices can change, but the total you see at checkout is what you pay.

Your order

An online order is confirmed when your payment succeeds. A WhatsApp order is confirmed once we have confirmed it with you and received your UPI payment. Every order gets a number starting with ABHA-. If a pair sells out after you pay, or we cannot deliver to your PIN code, we refund you in full.

Discount codes

One code can be used per order. Codes have the conditions shown with them, can end at any time, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Shipping, cancellations and refunds

These are set out in our shipping policy and our cancellations and refunds policy, which are part of these terms.

Caring for your pair

Our earrings are fabric and metal. Keep them away from water, perfume and sweat, and store them flat. Fading or wear from everyday use is not a defect.

Our photos and designs

The photos, text and designs on this site belong to Abha. Please ask before using them.

Complaints and the law

If something is not right, write to us and Sushree will reply within 2 working days. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Odisha have jurisdiction.
